Welcome to Support Community Strong, a program operated by Creations Creative, LLC. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Who We Serve

Our services are primarily intended for organizations such as nonprofits, small businesses, bands, and creators. However, individual store owners may also apply to participate.

3. Services Provided

Support Community Strong provides print-on-demand fulfillment, online store hosting, order management, and customer service. Store owners may submit their own designs or work with our team to create designs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Creations Creative, LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Store owners retain ownership of designs they submit. Designs created by Creations Creative remain the intellectual property of Creations Creative unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payments and Earnings

Store owners earn a portion of each sale. Payouts are processed monthly. We only earn when you earn. There are no setup or monthly fees. Full details are available in your store account dashboard.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund & Return Policy at /returns-refund-policy/.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services lawfully

  • Provide accurate information

  • Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

  • Not misuse or disrupt our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Creations Creative, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. The current version will always be posted on our website.
